Data Leaks¶
This page is part of the official MyTwin product documentation.
Overview¶
The Leaks section lists known data breaches involving your identities (emails, usernames, accounts).
Detection¶
When you run scans, MyTwin queries breach databases, normalizes results and records leaks in your account so you can:
- see which services were impacted,
- when the incident occurred,
- what types of data were exposed.
Leak list¶

The table typically includes:
- Service / domain
- Breach date
- Discovery date
- Data exposed
- Severity
You can filter by email, severity or recency.
Recommended actions¶
Examples:
- Change passwords on impacted services.
- Enable 2FA wherever possible.
- Be vigilant for phishing if sensitive data is involved.
Leaks are also used by the Advice engine and may reduce your global score until mitigated.
