Data Leaks

This page is part of the official MyTwin product documentation.

Overview

The Leaks section lists known data breaches involving your identities (emails, usernames, accounts).

Detection

When you run scans, MyTwin queries breach databases, normalizes results and records leaks in your account so you can:

  • see which services were impacted,
  • when the incident occurred,
  • what types of data were exposed.

Leak list

Data Leaks Detection Interface

The table typically includes:

  • Service / domain
  • Breach date
  • Discovery date
  • Data exposed
  • Severity

You can filter by email, severity or recency.

Examples:

  • Change passwords on impacted services.
  • Enable 2FA wherever possible.
  • Be vigilant for phishing if sensitive data is involved.

Leaks are also used by the Advice engine and may reduce your global score until mitigated.
